Services and Approach

In my practice, I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs, goals, and strengths, drawing from an integrative and flexible approach. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and trauma-informed care to help clients deepen self-awareness, build effective coping skills, and move toward greater emotional balance and resilience. I believe that meaningful change grows out of a genuine, trusting relationship, and I work hard to build that connection with every client I meet.

I support clients dealing with a range of concerns, including:

  • Trauma and posttraumatic stress

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • ADHD

  • Behavioral challenges

  • Relationship and family difficulties

  • Neurodivergence

  • Low self-esteem and identity exploration

  • Stress and major life transitions

My work is strength-based and collaborative. I help clients make sense of past experiences, recognize patterns with compassion, and develop tools that support growth and healing. I believe that therapy is a space where you can explore who you are, understand what you need, and build a life that feels meaningful and aligned with your values. If you feel I may be a good fit for you or your family, I would be happy to connect for a free phone consultation.

"All feelings are okay. It's what we do with them that matters."
